Submission requirements

If you only read one section of this page, make it this one. In order to make life easier, both for ourselves and for you, our potential guest author, we have several guidelines for we need you to follow.

1. Must be comprehensive

Your post needs to cover its topic in full with no missing details.

2. Must be actionable

People don’t want to know what to do. They want to know how to do it. Be specific. Explain what the reader should do, step-by-step.

3. Must be at least 1400 words

Yes, we all know long-form content tends to rank better in the SERPs, but that’s not why we require the above length. If you want to go deep on a subject, be prepared to talk about it at length.

4. Must propose a target keyword

It doesn’t necessarily need to have high search volume. It just needs to be aligned with your topic and relevant to our audience.

5. Must have 4 images minimum

Submit a minimum of 4 images within the article. These images should not be stock images and should be relevant to the article. Please observe copyright or usage restrictions, obtain permission for use and cite the source of your image where appropriate.

6. Must be 100% value driven

Article must be 100% for customers, thus affiliate links and self promotion are NOT allowed. However, you’re allowed to put one do-follow link back to your site in your author bio where you can promote your business.

7. Must include author bio and profile

All guest posts need an Author bio of 100-350 words. Please include your name, job title and company name, and what you do (promotion), linking to your website or service. Your profile picture (thumbnail 150×150) should be included in the Google Doc you submit.
